The second half of high school is when academic performance and recruiting timelines begin to intersect in meaningful ways. Without a clear plan, families can feel reactive rather than prepared. Held just after the coaches' recruiting talk, we'll go beyond getting the offer and discuss pressing questions about selective majors and more.

In this session, we’ll walk through:

• How college programs build a class

• Prospect Days vs. Showcases vs. Tournaments: where should your athlete actually be?

• What coaches want out of a highlight film and what are they looking for

• Recruiting emails and how they are read vs ignored. 

• What coaches are really looking for when they watch your son play

• The little things that matter—from huddle behavior to recovery habits

• The biggest sophomore/junior summer recruiting mistakes families make and how to avoid them

• How recruiting timelines intersect with academic pre-reads, testing, and selective college admissions
